If i could give 0 stars I would. How do I walk into your store and the employees tell me to wait for 10 minutes because of a large catering order. I have worked in the food service industry and I understand how it can be difficult when large orders come in but never have I turned down a customer. We were told to wait because they had to finish this order because it was “already paid for” yet we as customers who came into the store somehow don’t deserve to be served?? Honestly was dumbfounded and will be reporting to corporate. There were about 5 people waiting to be served while they finished this order, why not work in the orders of the people actually in the store!!!
Chipotle, I wish the service was better here. If your not putting our mobile orders on the shelf please put a sign on the shelf thats says "mobile order pick-ups, skip the line and go straight to the register".
we did an online pick up order. the food wad ready ahead of the estimated pick up time. The portions were bigger than I remembered. everything was fresh and hot.
The food was seasoned very well, the staff was friendly, and the restaurant was clean. If the location at Martin Luther King boulevard in Houma Louisiana would have provided the same experience as this location, I have no doubt that the Houma location would still be open today.
This was a completely different experience than any of my previous trips to the old Houma, Louisiana location.
I'm very glad I was able to experience what Chipotle is supposed to be like.
Today I went here to get a burrito bowl and the girl with a curly bun and glasses behind the counter had the nastiest attitude. She got upset because I asked for a little more veggies. She smacked her lips really loud, rolled her eyes and then slapped the veggies on my bowl. When I asked for certain items on the side instead of on my bowl they charged me extra. I can understand if I actually got extra of something but I didn’t. I simply wanted the pico and salsa on the side. I didn’t want it on top of everything because I wasn’t going to eat it all in one sitting. Nobody wants to eat hot pico or hot salsa. When I got to the cashier to pay guy told the cashier “she got sides” and they charged me extra. No guac, no queso, no extra meat etc. was ordered yet I still had to pay more than what I should have. I am NEVER going here again and I should have listened to the many people who said their service was not so great. They can take that extra up charge as a tip, Merry Christmas. 🙄😐
As a new comer I ordered the steak burrito. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable. Took their time to assist me when choosing my meal. The food was okay, fresh I must say however the steak was not too good to my pallet. I would recommend others to try this chipotle out though.
It’s either a hit or miss here. The portion size is very small and most of the employees have nasty attitudes. I can tell that they are not happy with the job because it reflects on how they treat their customers. This isn’t a one time thing they’re mostly always like this when I come to order food. They also need to make sure the chips are fresh because they have been stale the last couple of times I order them
The food was good. Service good too. The food bar was again nasty, the tables were dirty. Three staff members were outside eating lunch at noon, where they should have been inside cleaning up. Doubt that we will go there again
This is the second time I go to this location and they forget my chips! I literally have to drive 20 minutes to get this and shouldn’t have to worry about chips being in my bag or not. I want a refund for 2 orders of chips or something like that because this has already happened TWICE
